My stay at Aqua Dive Centre from start to finish was amazing. The staff were so friendly and Ronald, the owner, really took care of me. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious, they even catered to my vegan needs which was such a bonus. The space itself was amazing, my room was lovely and every morning I woke up to birds chirping which felt magical. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend Aqua Dive Centre and I’ll definitely be back to do my Advanced Scuba course with them.

I stayed at Amed Paradise Beach Club, a brand-new hotel right on the beach, and it quickly became one of the most comfortable stops of my trip. My room was hands down the most beautiful of the entire stay — spacious, modern, and designed with every comfort in mind. The shower alone felt like a small luxury spa moment. The setting couldn’t be better: stepping out to the beachfront, lounging on the hotel’s chairs, and watching the sea unfold in front of me was pure bliss. The view is stunning, and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful, ideal for unwinding. Breakfast was tasty and filling, while the cocktails at the restaurant were excellent, even though I didn’t try the full menu. On a practical note, they handled my laundry quickly and for a fair price, which was very convenient during a longer trip. The staff were a delight — always smiling, friendly, and attentive. I especially appreciated the manager’s responsiveness when I mentioned a small issue; it was taken seriously and resolved right away, which speaks volumes about their professionalism. This hotel combines comfort, service, and serenity in the best way. I’d recommend Amed Paradise Beach Club to couples, solo travelers, or anyone wanting a modern, worry-free beachside retreat in Amed.

It is a great value for the money. You have to remember you are not renting a 5 star resort. If you keep this in mind you will be happy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are very respectful of your needs.

An outstanding place on the island. We were looking for something away from the crowds in the south and we found it. The hotel is located on the shoreline, wonderful coral reef in front. Very intimate and pleasant place because the resort has only 6 bungalows. Easy to make friends with other guests. Staff wonderful and courteous. They will handle everything you ask. Massages, trips, drivers, diving, off-card dishes - you name it. I do not recommend listening to comments from people who complain that they came to the jungle and there are ants and bugs or that the beach is rocky. Yes Bali is a volcanic island and the beaches are naturally rocky. Local supermarket and ATM in walking distance. We are very happy we ended up in this place and will miss it.

What a gem! From the moment I arrived, Gede made me feel completely at home. The room was clean & comfy. Every morning started with a delicious breakfast (fresh fruit, local dishes—the works!) and Gede went above and beyond by organising my motorbike rental and sharing his best local tips for local temples and great food. The whole place has a calm, peaceful vibe—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Honestly, this was one of my favourite stays in Bali.

Everything : the host family were sooo nice, very human. The food was delicious and generous, the house is very cool, as well as the pool. They are very helpful, and they provide good advice, as well as patiently answering all our questions, about their lifestyle and religion. The location is very quiet, in the middle of the rice fields. Absolutely recommend !
