I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The aesthetics of the property are beautiful—thoughtfully designed and very welcoming. The entire place, including our room, was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. What truly stood out, though, was the people. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely kind, warm, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. I can’t recommend this place enough. Great luxury experience, super relaxing, calm, friendly place. Privat pool and room with a very high ceiling, which makes it feel super spacious. But the room in general is very big and for two people for sure more than enough! Room has two airco’s which makes it easy to maintain a comfortable temperature. There is a water cooler in the room, which is super convenient, given that you cannot drink from the tap in Indonesia. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast has three options (with some additional options within those 3, like you can chose different kind of juice or bacon or sausage) They bring breakfast to the room in the morning and set it up on the table, which is super convenient. They also spray the room every evening against mosquitos! It was also our honeymoon and they arranged a very cool surprise for us (floating breakfast!) when we arrived and a gift basket with fruit.
