We loved everything. Starting from the staff, they were all really nice and attentive. We would like to leave a kind word to Luna, who took care of us every breakfast with a smile on her face. The facillities are also amazing. The spacious bedrooms, amazing comfortable beds, great decoration. The pool was beautiful and well kept.

Magical atmosphere, out of this world experience, lovely boutique-hotel located in a beautiful bay in Lombok, sea perfect for kayak, snorkeling and swimming. The coral was not exceptional but we saw beautiful fish and turtles a couple of times. We truly enjoyed the close location to the local village which made the experience truly authentic by getting to know the local people and their lives. The hotel is beautifully designed, spacious rooms with lovely interior, big swimming pool and a nice garden. High-end cuisine, though more local Indonesian options would be welcomed. The afternoon tea is a treat! Great spa, more massage choices would be great. Huge thanks to the whole reception team for everything, the driver for our trips, Sunan and Sultan for the great service, Zazu for the magical fishing experience. Staff felt like a big family with a true team spirit, never experienced similar anywhere before. We would definitely would like to come back again. Thanks, Thanks, thank again. We had the pool villa and I can say it was the best accommodation we've stayed in! Lots of space, a spa pool, access to a pool (from.our door step), comfortable bed... we could not fault the villa.

Fantastic experience! The hotel location is about 15mins away (horse carriage) from harbour, making it away from the pubs, offering a more tranquil and relax environment. It’s facing the beautiful beach, just across the street. The garden is well maintained. We even saw a wild deer enjoying his breakfast there in the morning. Oh have to mention the sun set view was superb! The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Cottage Rooms which were cozy and super clean, with Big and comfortable pillows! The breakfast had a few choices, and what we had was good. The free flow side dish was mainly pantry though (I would prefer more vege and fruits) Absolutely worth the money!!

When we arrived at the Villa by horse and cart Ucup from the management team was waiting for us. He showed us around, provided information about the island, recommended things to do. Most importantly he provided his whatsapp number and was able to arrange anything we needed from more beers to e-bikes, even organising the horse and cart required to get us to the port for our boat back to lombok. The villa was clean, spacious, plenty of room, main bedroom has huge bathroom with a spa bath, has incredible amount of storage. It was just heaven and we are used to staying in high end hotels.
