Beautiful Hotel, Amazing Location, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Very Comfortable Beds, towels for the beach, very large selection for breakfast. Right on the beach, private entrance to hotel. Amazing view, we had a King Room with Sea View, well worth it.

Faultless - location, staff, cleanliness & the service was amazing! If I wasn’t now an Israeli I would only be staying here.. I recommend this to all my clients and friends and family. Rooms were comfy, proper duvets and pillows - staff happy to provide extra pillows, towels and anything else! Location was perfect.

The customer service was top notch, from leading us to the room, fixing little mistakes in the room, calling us half way our stay to ask if all is ok, absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious, we were on the fifth floor with a sea and town view, comfy bed, big screen, free mini bar with cookies, all the little details were there, the shampoo etc. Was high quality, we had a bath and shower which was a delight! We had an awesome couple massage, the spa is beautiful with drinks and cookies, The hotel is beautifully designed, the breakfast was in abundance and delicious, the location is awesome with the beach right there and the old city yaffo next to us, 5 min walk to the light rail train, 2 min away from nevei tzedek neighborhood, parking in the hotel although it probably is fully packed when the hotel is full

This is a hotel a really recommend. The front desk staff is very friendly (I would like to especially mention the young Mathias). Breakfast also fantastic, excellent value for the money. We were late, but they allowed us to eat normally, even though this went beyond their working time. The rooms are very large. Parking is not a problem, since the hotel is in a complex which includes a mall and therefore it was very easy to find a place to leave the car. But what I would like to mention as most special was that they understood that I had an emergency at home, which forced me to return earlier than planned. Although I had prepaid for 3 nights, I asked to leave one day earlier and they brought no opposition.
