Customer Service was excellent from the point of booking. The manager made contact and made us aware of services the hotel offers. He even met us at the station at 3am when our train was delayed! The hotel is modern, new and very clean. Room was large and well decorated with a large bathroom and good hot water shower. Bed was comfy. Location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to the main gate of the old city. Also has a nice rooftop restaurant. The hotel arranged our camel safari which was excellent. From start to finish we couldn’t fault anything and stayed here twice during our trip. The staff take a pride in the hotel and delivering superb service to guests. As far as I could see, Hotel Shahiraj Jaisalmer is the best choice for a hotel in Jaisalmer.

Our stay at the desert camp was truly unforgettable! From the warm welcome to the royal hospitality, everything was perfectly arranged. The tents were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, giving us a true Rajasthani luxury experience. The evening cultural program with folk music and dance under the stars was magical. The food was delicious and offered a great variety of local flavors. The staff was extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The desert safari and sunset view were the highlights of our trip — a perfect blend of adventure and peace.
