The staff from top management to all other staff members within the hotel were very helpful & attended to all our enquiries and requests. Excelent! No complains aplicable. The facilities are simply marvelous, gym, sauna, rooms, restaurant - the chef himself speaks with the guests. The staff is incredible, very kind, professional and supportive. They went so far as to go to the farmacy for some last minute medicine I needed. A great place to recharge and enjoy yourself.

The property is lovely and you can totally forget about the outside. The staff was amazing and they really make sure you are enjoying your stay and you have all you need. I also need to highlight that my partner got sick and they were super helpful by helping us to get to the hospital and waiting for us (Priyam from the front desk and our driver Sawant were our heroes that night)
