Katla by Keahotel in Vik is an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and hospitality of the staff. The hotel's modern yet cozy atmosphere creates a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the wonders of Vik and its surroundings. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The onsite amenities, including the restaurant and bar, hot tub and sauna, exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions such as Reynisfjara Beach and Dyrhólaey. We highly recommend Katla by Keahotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Vik!

Very spacious rooms and very warm. However very little space in the bathroom to store toiletry items nor wardrobe to store clothes. It seems that Katla hotel does not welcome many travellers staying more than one night. We enjoy the jacuzzi and small sauna. Too bad that the changing rooms are not closer, especially when it rains or weather is very cold.
