We loved absolutely everything! The host was incredibly kind, the room was enormous (half a house), and the breakfast table was fully set. There was plenty of local food and drinks, along with the option to make coffee yourself. The atmosphere was cozy and delightful, and the price was excellent.

The accommodation was a little house on the side of a hill with great views of Orvieto and the countryside. The house had good food supplies, and they provided a special dessert for us. The rooms were comfortable. They can also arrange a hot tub. The surrounding countryside is good for walking, with views of Orvieto in the distance. There is a safe grass area for playing with small children. The staff were very helpful. We felt it was a beautiful location to see this part of Italy.

I can not express enough what an amazing expierence it was! And we had an opportunity to stay in the castle all alone. Ghost stories all night long;))) The castle is amazing! The rooms are clean, comfortable, big. The pool is great way to start a day. And the manager is superb nice and friendly lady. Thank you for a hospitality. I will be back!😊 P.S. Great location,.quiet quaint countryside with a great pool and jacuzzi. Friendly and helpful staff The apartment had all the modern facilities in a renovated castle buildings. Lovely village. Highly recommended it to get away from the maddening crowd.

They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable stay, offering recommendations for local restaurants, natural and historic sites to explore. One of the highlights of our stay was the exquisite breakfast they served each morning. The place feels like a little corner of paradise, surrounded by greenery. It’s very comfortable and spotless, beautiful both inside and out. The host is friendly and welcoming. The surrounding area is decorated with so much love and care — it’s truly charming. Next time we would love to stay for several nights instead of just one.

Everything. Comfy bed. Spa bath and separate shower with good pressure and lots of hot water. Well equipped kitchen. Roomy modern apartment. Central, quiet location. Everything within walking distance. Everything in the apartment was in good condition. Host came out to meet us in the street so we knew exactly where to go and we were able to check in an hour earlier than the posted time. Good value grocery store almost right next door to the apartment. There are no outdoor sitting areas at the apartment but there are lovely parks with big shady trees within walking distance with amazing views nearby - great for a picnic. Also plenty of restaurants with indoor or outdoor seating nearby. We spent 3 nights here and got the Orvieto Cartia Unica pass. All of the places to visit on the pass are within walking distance from the property. Loved this town and can definitely recommend this apartment.
