The hotel is really close to the beach. We went swimming in almost November and there were 26 degrees. Beach is large for walks or play with children. Near the beach there is good restaurant and in front we had a parking space (I guess in the season it is full). There is a ferry that takes you directly to the Venice Marco Polo square only 15min drive with a car to the port. Staff in the hotel was really friendly. Breakfast was ok (italian style :) ).

We had a wonderful experience staying at Melissa's apartment in Venice. The location near San Marсo Square was perfect for exploring the city. The apartments themselves are very cozy, clean and well furnished. I especially liked that there was everything necessary for a comfortable rest. Melissa was very hospitable. The apartment was clean, warm, and had everything you need to cook your own food. The host was super friendly and gave us clear instructions on how to get in and out. The boat stop is just a few minutes away, which was perfect for us. The neighborhood was really peaceful too. All in all, it was a really nice and comfortable place to stay.
