The La Gemma hotel is wonderfull place to stay in Florence. We highly recommend this place for couples. Lovely designed, boutique hotel in the center of Florence. Personel at the hotel is amazing, hihgly professional and kind. We felt very welcomed. We were celebrating special occasions there and the La Gemma team made these days very special. We received very good restaurant reccomendation, one of this (Luca's) being at the hotel. We highly reccommend to visit Luca;s restaurant and try their testing menu :). We will definitely come back!

Buffet italian style breakfast with additional options made to order in the most comfortable dining room is a fantastic way to start your day. All the staff are pleasant and attentive, very welcoming. Our room was stunning, extremely comfortable, spacious and included the added extras that easily give the 4* rating. This hotel exceeded all our expectations - the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Providing the very best in customer service & having an attention to detail that is second to none is clearly their priority. We were thrilled to receive an upgrade upon arrival & the junior suite allocated was absolutely beautiful! The hotel is immaculate & in an amazing position - just a two minute walk from The Duomo. We even purchased the Acqua di Elba room fragrance on display in the reception area just to remind us upon our return home & were delighted to receive some free samples & a small gift as a result of mentioning the hotel at the shop. If you are coming to Florence, this hotel is an absolute must - you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much for a truly wonderful stay, we will definitely be returning!!!
