We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay – the apartment was cozy and comfortable, the jacuzzi was fantastic, and the prosecco was such a lovely touch. Easy check in and good communication before we arrived. The breakfast has a lot of options with fresh products, very satisfying. The two hours SPA was absolutely perfect, relaxing and a great atmosphere. Nice room, with a beautiful view, good isolation, comfortable bed, and everything clean. Very different and very nice experience in a hotel located in a historical castle, very helpful and professional staff, the room was very clean and had a comfortable bed, we could only stay one night because the other day the hotel was fully booked, but as we wanted to use the Spa, the staff offered us a late check out. The Spa was from 09:00 to 12:30 and we left the hotel at 13:00. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed a dinner on the terrace of the restaurant with live music which was a nice experience. If I have to mention about the Spa, a perfect experience within the walls of the historic castle, many different options, not very crowded, according to me it is a must do (there are many options because it is over 2 acre of outdoor and indoor spaces which you can check from the hotel's website. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.
