Breakfast was elegantly exposed, inviting to consume, and had a great smell and lovely colors. The food was excellent & cooked perfectly. The service was wonderful. Our waitress was so attentive and accommodating. Rooms- spacious and pretty clean. Location - more than centered.

One of the loveliest holiday homes we've ever stayed in. Just down the hill from Pienza (about a 15 min walk) with amazing views of the south of the town. The inside of the house is cool and recently refurbished and the outside has a terrace facing Pienza in one direction and down into Val d'Orcia in the other. The house is surrounded by the hosts' farm and we were welcome to walk through the olive groves. The hosts, Marida and Maurizio, live just a few metres away and couldn't have been more hospitable and helpful (with the assistance of google translate).

A very warm and lovely house!!!! The owners are sweet and helpful!! They recommended good restaurant in Pienza and gave a warm tour of their farm. The location is perfect just under Pienza, we enjoyed a very good view in the house, very spacious, clean and good hot water for bathing.

The rooms are lovely with an enormous jacuzzi bath, and the host was extremely attentive providing recommendations for the local area and a fantastic breakfast every morning.
