VReally good location on the pedestrian street, quite and clean room, reasonable price, comfortable matress and nice personnel. Very close to medieval old town. Next door to the restaurant and ice cream cafe. Excellent view to the old town over the window.

10 out of 10 doesn’t even seem enough to justify this beautiful B&B. It exceeded all of my expectations. This is by far the most beautiful room I have ever stayed in and I am well travelled and stayed in many beautiful hotels and guest houses. The attention to detail by the owner is spectacular and the room is decorated with much love and imagination. From the beautiful floor tiles to the quirky lamps and light switches to the accessories and colour cordination, the mix of classic with modern with quirky, the beautifully decorated wall paper… It is by far the cleanest B&B I have stayed in. The halls of the building are extremely clean too with stunning marble floors and staircase that lead to the roof top terrace where we had breakfast. Breakfast was delicious, an Italian breakfast with home made produce, tasty and fresh. The host Simona was very helpful and professional as was the blond lady who was managing breakfast the morning we were there. I didn’t catch her name. San Nicola Arcella is a gem of a town but staying in this stunning B&B made the entire stay absolutely perfect. I will return next year.

Location is great. It overlooks the sea and Dino Island and is a short walk to a great restaurant. A bit longer and you reach the seaside beach bars and restaurants. The rooms are spotless. The host was very helpful and booked a restaurant for us. The villa has quality finishes, and all rooms have sea views. There is ample parking within the property.
