We stayed at Artnatur Dolomites Hotel & Spa in late spring, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is officially 4-star, but the service feels every bit like 5-star – the staff are truly outstanding: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The location is breathtaking, nestled in the heart of the Dolomites, making it perfect for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. The food was another highlight – beautifully presented and delicious at every meal. The wellness area is well designed, and the saunas are a real treat, especially after a long hike. However, the pools were a bit too cold for comfort. Unless you're visiting on a hot and sunny day, swimming isn’t quite as relaxing as it could be – which is a bit of a shame in such a serene setting. Still, the overall experience more than made up for it. We would happily return, especially for the exceptional hospitality and unforgettable surroundings.

Highly recommended hotel. Brightly designed. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious, and it is obvious that they tried to think of small details so that the place provides an excellent experience. Great shower. The bed is comfortable and pleasant. The balcony is spacious and with a breathtaking view. The breakfast is varied and very tasty. The staff are pleasant and extremely helpful. For example, my wife is a vegetarian, and for dinner, the kitchen and the waitress simply went out of their way to adapt a dish to her taste. Value above and beyond. It's a shame we had to continue the trip. Otherwise, we would have been happy to stay longer. Much longer.

    We loved everyone and everything about this hotel. Rooms were spotless, beds very comfortable, quiet surroundings 24/7. Pool was glorious with a view of the mountains. Rooftop hot tub was lovely and our child also loved climbing wall. Breakfasts and dinners were also very good.

    Beautiful, peaceful, family owned place. It was exactly what we were looking for - a lovely place where the fresh parents with 8-month old baby could enjoy the peace but also explore the nature with many hiking opportunities around in the Dolomites. The hosts were amazing - always there to help and share their knowledge and experience. The breakfast was delicious. The sauna and jacuzzi at the sunset were perfect way to end the day. We would love to come back again!
