Wonderful small hotel with a beautiful view. The owner Guiseppe and his family are wonderful people and made our stay (3 days) remarkable. Breakfast is outstanding as well as the price, but also the hotel, the garden with jacuzzi (with a breathtaking view), the trust bar and many more. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms, too. Also here: all you need is available. Towels for the beach? No problem, Guiseppe had us covered. Also with hints which restaurants to go for. We we were just blown away. And will come back.

The view from the master bedroom, and the patio. Whilst it was quite secluded, it’s not far from Urbino where we wanted to go for sightseeing. Alexandro and Sara have been excellent hosts, making us feel very welcomed. They do not live onsite. To make sure we are comfortable on our stay, there are options to order bakery for breakfast and dinner delivering from nearby before hand. The basket of goodies for us within our apartment to buy/make use of for breakfast or dinner was lovely addition. I wish we would use the beautiful pool but it was too cold for us.

This was the best stay during our trip. Super friendly staff, amazing views, 20 min drive to the beach. Calm place with absolute charm, there is a nice pool, jaccuzi and beautiful garden. The room was comfortable and spacious. You can also get home made food throughout the day.

It was a lovely, place with full kitchen facilities and pond with ducks abd frogs, surrounded by enveloping hills. We had such a warm welcome and it was so good value for money. Bed was wide and really comfortable abd bathroom big. Outside terrace was really nice in the morning. I would have liked to stay longer. I felt like being in happy home. Thank you so much of the warm athmosphere!
