Beautiful view from our room overlooking the lake. Lovely little balcony perfect for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Small buffet choice but with eggs etc. available to order. Very good air-conditioning. Parking available. Peaceful area. Approximately a 25 minute walk into Menaggio.

loved our stay! the staff were so friendly and helpful and basically told us where to go during the day. breakfast was delicious and plentiful, rooms were super clean and the location has a big parking lot and only a short walk to the centre of bellagio, without any major hills.

Little gem in Perledo, with stunning views over the lake and the surrounding area, and a short walk to Varenna. Rita, and staff, were very accommodating and warm. We were picked up by a taxi in the train station, and we could check-in earlier and leave our suitcases in the room. We felt that we could have stayed way more than 2 nights if time allowed!

We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff and given a tour of the premises. Our room was small but had every comfort we could wish for: a clean bathroom, free toiletries, good airco, a comfortable bed, a mini fridge with complimentary water and a balcony with incredible views over the private beach and the lake. The receptionist was also kind to give us recommendations on where to go in the area and checking in on us during our stay. We will definitely return!

Beautifully situated and built with very high quality and lots of love. Our room was spacious, tasteful, and impeccably spotless. Climate control is likely provided through floor heating, which makes it very comfortable. There were beach bags with a beach towel and bathrobe for each of us. We’ve stayed at a few different places around the lake, and although the chalet was the most expensive, it offered the best value for money. There were no hidden cost of cleaning fees and changing towel fees like some other properties. The owners seem very genuinely kind and want to provide the guests the best possible experience. The lodge is truly a gem with a soul. The outdoor jacuzzi and the firewood sauna with its huge glass panel created a serene and relaxing experience. The swimming pool, finished with striking dark blue stone tiles, was especially beautiful and quite unusual. Another plus: there were no mosquitoes at the lodge, which is rare around Lake Como. We had a lovely and memorable stay and will definitely return if we visit Lake Como again!

Excellent location, very modern and new. Very close to all that varenna has to offer and the ferry to go to other parts of the lake. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and the views are stunning. The hot tub is an excellent bonus. Check In and check out were smooth as you can do it all yourself
