onsen outside and inside the pool is warmed but not to hot and the view from our room was fantastic probably the best view in beppu the staff were very helpful and the free drinks are a bonus plus the tablet in the room is a nice feature

The house is very big and easily accomodated our group. It was clean. Comfortable beds and a private onsen bath. The kitchen has all utensils that you'll need. In the area are multiple reastaurants and shops. There are multiple public onsen nearby as well if you want to go there. The streets around the house are small so if you go there with a larger vehicle its a bit of a tight squeeze.
