Basically, everything about this property, it's in a good location centrally to some of Kyoto's most famous landmarks. Staff were beyond pleasant and easy to deal with. The property is amazing (unfortunately, my wife wants me to recreate something similar in Australia 🤣). I couldn't recommend it highly enough, would 10/10 rebook this property.

This home stay is one of my favorite during the 14 days stay in Japan. I love the fact that the kitchen was so well equipped with all cooking utensils- equivalent to the ones that I am using at home. There was an english guidance on how to use all the electronics devices. Absolutely love the stay here

Very clean and well stocked apartment with cooking equipment, seasonings, toiletries etc. Beds were comfortable and the host was super friendly and helpful! Great location for the bamboo forest and exploring temples.

Everything :) All staff were so friendly, informative and professional. Very fluent in English too which we really appreciate. I had a nice experience at the spa. Clean and spacious room. Location was ideal. Right in the heart of Gion near restaurants and train stations. A short walk to the main shopping precinct and Nishiki Market. Very friendly staff. The chocolate shop a couple doors down is very good!
