The rooms were spacious and clean and the view is amazing. We used the spa which was lovely and the pool and onsen are relaxing.

Cleanliness , location , Staff at the coffee bar : great service with a friendly smile and loved the little extra artwork detail on the cloth napkins. Coffee and bagels were fabulous!!! Staff assisted getting me a taxi on the day we left too - really appreciated thank you !

The hotel was old style Japanese set in the countryside. It is very peaceful. The accommodation was exceptionally spacious, super comfy beds. All the staff were A1+++ for friendliness and customer service. We arrived late and the manager came out in the dark to greet us in our car. We had the breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and it was one of the best we've had during our stay in Japan. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay special.

The room had a great view, and the internet was blisteringly fast (262/110 mbps). It did have some features you don’t see often, such as a microwave and DVD player (not that I used them). It also had a couch, seperate toilet, a wet area, and room to move which is unusual for Japan. Parking was also free and plentiful, which was nice for a change.
