Really great hotel with clean and spacious bungalows and a lovely garden with all sorts of fascinating friendly animal visitors (monkeys, monitor lizards, peacocks, etc) and also a great pool to chill out. The bungalows are very clean and equipeed with AC and good shower and have a nice view of the garden. And also they are not to cramped together, the area is very spacious. We also enjoyed the homemade breakfast a lot. Closeby is also a very nice restaurant open until late with delicious food. We can definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in sigiriya!

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like family not guests .. and the food was the best we have had so far .. from the traditional sri lankan food such as curries to the spanish influenced potatas bravos.. everything is cooked fresh ..an open kitchen so you can watch or as I did .. had a morning cooking lesson to make string hoppers , coconut sambal and Dahl.. .. too good ! . The rooms are large .. plenty of storage and sockets next to bed and great hot water shower. Pool , jacuzzi and wildlife in the garden.. location is amazing ..so quiet but can walk outside and there are shops and a cultural center with local entertainment . Beautiful walk to a lake also for the sunset... we were so happy to have chosen this place . Transport to anywhere can also be provided .

The resort is put together beautifully. peaceful and perfectly blended with the natural surroundings. Our water dwelling was just stunning. The attention to detail and the room layout are awesome. The service was outstanding. A special thank you to Ravindra and Amila, who looked after us throughout our stay. It’s great to have a personal butler, but what made the experience really special was how genuinely they cared about making us feel at home. The guided tour of Sigiriya Rock and the elephant safari are well-organized, and the naturalists who joined us were knowledgeable and making the trips more than worthwhile. If you’re planning to do these kinds of trips, definitely go with a guide. The food was another highlight with attention to local dishes as well as international cuisine.

We have a fantastic stay with our hosts! We stayed in the 2 person room and it was so clean. It was lovely sat on the terrace to have breakfast. It was walking distance to the centre of Sigirya (or a short Tuk tuk ride away). The hosts could not do enough for us, taking us places when they could and giving recommendations! Very well priced and would definitely stay again! The 4 person bedroom is also perfect for a family.

The family were so friendly and helpful. The food is lovely here. The views are amazing and so is the room. The bathroom has a view of lions rock. Highly recommend here! They can also help you out with transport to your next destination.

This homestay was an absolutely delightful experience. We were welcomed with a lovely drink and big smiles. The family treated us like their family for the duration of our trip. We spent 4 days there and enjoyed a different breakfast each day. We chose to have dinner there 3 days and the food we ate was wonderful. Almost everything is grown on site and the food is as fresh as food can be. Our children learned so much about how food is grown and got to try wild mango, fresh mango, pomegranate, coconut of all kinds, several kind of bananas, wild honey, and more. We loved learning about Sri Lanka while living with a family. The rooms were generously sized and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially liked the porch. We could sit and listen to the peacocks and other birds in the jungle.
