Everything about this stay was exeptional from the comfort of the room to the quality of the breakfast and the cleanliness was brilliant. This was topped off by having the perfect host/owner. What a lovely place if you are looking to relax, away from everything, but near to beautiful calm beaches! This small hotel is so clean, comfortable and has all the facilities you need in it (bar, restaurant, laundry, ...) and their prices are good. The staff is super helpful and kind without being pushy in any way. The rooms are spacious and clean and very comfortable. 100% recommend!

Great accomodation! Nice and clean rooms. The pool for our little son was perfekt. The area is calm and the view on the lake was awesome. Breakfast and dinner were very good. To the beach it's only about 5-10min walk. To the city it is about 15min ride per tuktuk. Friendly staff.

Fernando and his family are so sweet! The guestroom is on the first floor with an amazing view over the lake and has plenty of space (indoors&outdoors). Everything was very clean (& had AC) and we were taken good care of. Sometimes we were even invited for tea and srilankan sweets! We liked to watch all the different animals from the balkony! There are several restaurants just around the corner which have amazing local food and the prettiest beach is just down the road! Apart from that the price was super fair. We would definitely come back any time! Thank you for the wonderful stay! ☀️

I can only recommend Blue Point Rest (former name: Golden Beach Resort). The hosts are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, spacious and cozy with a nice balcony or terrace. The breakfast is varied, extensive and very delicious, although personal wishes are also taken into account. It is only a few minutes' walk to beautiful Goyambokka Beach. There are also dining options nearby. I've stayed here several times and I feel right at home there. Thanks to Ushan and his family for the wonderful days.

We stayed here while on our honeymoon, and it was perfect. The villa itself is so beautiful, it felt like peaceful oasis. Our room was spacious and luxurious with a great view. Awesome staff, both Suresh and George looked after us so well and could help with any query. The breakfast was super tasty too. We will be back!
