There are not many properties where all points you can give are actually not enough, but the Sergeant House is such a place. We stayed in the 3-Bedroom-Villa with our kids and had a fantastic time. It’s literally impossible to say what we have enjoyed more, the attention given to us by the staff or the amazing property. We are definitely looking forward to repeat this experience again.

The villa is brand new, the pool also! The facility is stunning. Our bathroom was very wide and beautiful. The villa is cozy and also located in the jungle. I think this is the best place we’ve stayed in Sri Lanka!!! The breakfast was made by our host and his wife, very delicious! Caretaker-Haresh and his wife Ireshika are amazing the give some gift also to us , we really remember our stay in this place thankful to them, they did the best experience ever! Also Ireshika told us a lot of stories about the culture and the religion, we love that! Everything was perfect! We really do recommend this place for your next trip!!!!

The location is in a very quite place(except when the train is coming but he doesn‘t drive in the night and only once or twice an hour). Also every room has it‘s own lock, bathroom and bed with mosquito net. A few times we saw apes swinging around in the trees. The Unawatuna main beach is around 5min Tuk Tuk drive (600-800 Lkr). Very friendly owners who also showed us a doctor when one of us had a foot injury.

Everything was great about this Villa. We simply fell in love with the pool and beach views , massive rooms with magical artistic atmospheres and the kind staff who are really polite and will go out of their way to help you. Wow this is a hidden gem in the middle of the jungle. The room was really stunning and had the most amazing view of the jungle and sunrise. The owner Geet was the most accomodation host I have met in Sri Lanka, I arrived late and had not eaten and he brought me dinner from his own house. The next day I had a flat tyre and he took my bike away on foot and returned hours later with it fixed. What a lovely guy and family he has. I enjoyed my stay so much, very peaceful and relaxing , exactly what I was looking for . Also the pool was beautiful and a great touch

This Villa is located deeply inside, but this matter made our vacation more perfect than if we rented one near the beach. The only noises we’ve heard were peacocks, other birds and monkeys. Everything inside was perfect for us - furniture, AC, pool. As well I want to admit villa’s Manager and local chief) Chandima. Our vacation would not be good without him! Tropical Dream Villa without Chandima is just a villa, but Chandima makes it Dream Villa! Thank you for our dream vacation!

This was the most amazing 2N spent in Sri Lanka. The villa spacious, modern amenities, private pool and a garden opening on to the beach - EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! Best part was the staff, who was there 24*7, Gayantha is your go to man for anything in Unawatuna. Cannot stress on how good this place. Thank you Kixi Beach Villa. Will be back soon.
