The room was spacious, the staff was mostly trying their best to be helpful and even received a bottle of caramel as a birthday gift. We did not try the spa facilities so I cannot comment on that. There's also enough parking spots available at location.

We found the place very comfortable and enjoyable. It is located in Palanga city center, so easy to reach cafes and seaside. Good windows and no noise when they’re closed. Two air-conditioners in the suite. We parked on the street just in front of the hotel which was very convenient. Breakfast was very good and changed every morning, it included warm and cold meals, fruits, coffee.. Room cleaning service very good. Overall seemed to be clean and nice. Spa area is children friendly and matched our family schedule very well with morning bathing. You could find two types of saunas, water stream massage, jacuzzi… Children playing corner was cute, included duplo, toys, books… and a massage chair for an adult :) Helpful and friendly staff!

Gradialis Place was like a paradise. Food, every dish we ordered in hotels restaurant was like masterpiece. Special thanks to a kitchen chef. I felt like in a cruizship. All staff trained well and smiley :) but not annoying. We ordered a quite not cheap message, but didnt get disappointed. Special thanks to messeuse master.Danguolė. After staying 2 nights in this SPA , we got a very good rest, relaxed, and felt like a "jelllyfish" :). Only one little thing, - noise isolation between rooms could be better. My verdict - ☆☆☆☆☆ worth by quality.

i stayed almost for 2 months there. I miss the hotel and stuff very very much! Stuff is 10000000% nice, caring and nice at the end they felt like my family because I had everyday communication with them. if you do not like something they come and talk to solve the problem and they take your wishes and desires into consideration! for them guests are their satisfaction are really important!❤️ when I left i almost start crying i will never forget the lady that hugged me❤️❤️❤️I can’t wait to go there in summer! i miss you guys so much and thank you every one of you! best wishes❤️

Extremely friendly staff at the restaurant and reception. We booked a very late dinner and they were super kind to serve us even though we were the only guests and the food was delicious 10 points! My children and I recently stayed at this wonderful place. The owners were so friendly and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure our family stay was comfortable. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean. One of the standout features of this property was its location - it was close to the sea and playground for kids. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay by the sea.
