I loved everything about Riad sofa. Booked one night and extended as soon as I checked in. The building and decor is stunning, great breakfast and the staff go above and beyond for service. Each time I asked for recommendations about food, markets etc rather than tell me so would take me there. 5/5 stay

Beautiful place! A perfect place for a longer stay - peace and quiet, a wonderful garden. Very close to the center, nice hosts.

Everything was perfect. I really enjoyed all aspects of my 3 night stay at Riad Anma. This pretty and well maintained Riad is situated a few Kms from Taroudant in a quiet village with a view of the mountains from the terrace. My spacious and attractive room and bathroom were comfortable and well equipped, with a view over the central courtyard. There’s a swimming pool and also a jacuzzi. The owner, Marc, is a very charming and helpful host, and his wife,Annick, is a superb cook. Marc picked me up from Agadir airport and then the following morning took me on a trip out across the stony Souss valley to Tioute, a fascinating oasis and palmerie. Seeing the goats climbing in the Argan trees was a highlight, and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole day with Marc as we looked round the old Kasbah, visited the argan oil cooperative, and went for a walk through the palmerie. Then, on my second day at Riad Anma, Marc drove me into Taroudant and introduced me to his friend with his very well cared for horse, who gave me a splendid tour round the impressive city walls and then escorted me through the most interesting local non touristy souks. In the evenings Annick prepared excellent homemade meals for me. Breakfast, which varied every day, was also a homemade treat. I was sad to leave Riad Anma after a very happy stay there. We stayed here for one night to relax in the middle of our road trip. If you have more time and want to unwind, you could easily stay longer. Everything was perfect: the room was clean, spacious, and beautifully styled, and we really liked the overall design of the entire area. The swimming pool and the surroundings were very nice as well. We also loved seeing the riad’s animals — there were horses, chickens, ducks and a dog. Breakfast was good. Based on other reviews, we decided not to have dinner here, so we can’t comment on that. The medina is about 15 minutes away by car. The staff was incredibly friendly — we were welcomed with tea and a little snack. The location was a bit tricky to find at first, but with the signs along the way - it was manageable.

The beautiful Riad Benyara is located in the heart of Taroudant. The structure is very well taken care of in every detail, with a beautiful rooftop pool and cozy bedrooms. The staff was absolutely kind and complied to every request and need - namely, doing the laundry and letting us use the kitchen! I would definitely recommend a stay in this oasis of peacefulness.
