The host, Jasper, was incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive. He truly made our stay perfect, and his kindness deserves the highest praise! The apartment was simply wonderful — spacious, with a kitchen and everything you could possibly need. And the huge jacuzzi bath was pure luxury! Such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The massage chair was another amazing bonus that made our stay even more comfortable. Every detail was thought out — cozy atmosphere, spotless cleanliness, and complete tranquility. I booked this place for my partner's birthday to spend some relaxing time alone since he is so fond of the Jacuzzi. Everything was perfect. All the essentials were there. Dish washer, towels, couple bath robes, crockery, iron, blow dry, projector, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, teas, fridge and much more. It exceeded my expectations. Such a good space for couples. And the place is in the centrum. So everything is in walking distance. Me and my partner loved all the arrangements. Everything was so neat and clean. Loved the Jacuzzi setting. Had a very good customer service. Worth the price.

It was clean the place is beautiful and the beds was amazingly comfortable we stayed in the big room family of 6 and could have easily fit another family of 4 in the 2 rooms we didn't use it is a very big place with everything u need easy to find with shopping about 5 minutes drive away

Review of sun 31.12.23: Room 206 Rotterdam Netherlands with a back garden view. In walking distance from hotel to Coolhaven train stop or tram stop no 8 which takes you to Beurs stop for a variety of shopping choices. Tram stop Blaak takes you to the Cube houses and Great Market hall with delicious eatery options. Euromast tramstop for exciting views from the tower. Wilhelminaplein tram or metro stop for the cruise port. The room was modern, and the bathroom with a soft rain shower head a delight, a heated rail, and a hairdryer. Rooms come with an aircon and hot water machine for coffee and a safe. Stein, Arthur, and Lia at reception were very helpful and friendly. Free Wi-Fi is available. We did not have the breakfast option. New years Eve was amazing on Erasmus Bridge with fireworks. All trains were free to use from 10 pm to 2am. Well organised and safe to use.
