The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was fabulous, especially the bathroom with separate bath tub and shower. Very comfortable. Close to the Rijksmuseum (and van Gogh), canal rides, tram stop. Lots of cafés, restaurants, bistros in the area, as well as a small market (there's a little refrigerator in the large closet). And sits next to a park.
