The hosts are lovely. The view from the rooms is stunning. Breakfast (included) and dinner (whoever orders) are excellent. There is a hot tub in the evening where you can relax after a day of sightseeing. The hosts do everything to make the guests happy. One trip to Pisac is included in the price. Returning by taxi towards the evening costs 20-25 Sol.

Honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed in! All of the staff in the hotel were incredible, some of the nicest politest most helpful people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. The courtyard area is beautiful, as is the rest of the hotel, the food and breakfast in particular is amazing and the rooms were gorgeous with lovely touches such as a town down service with a hot water bottle and chocolate each night!

Really nice and comfortable hotel, got a free upgrade through genius into a large room, really nice and helpful receptionist, free coffee and tea in the lobby and awesome breakfast. Also nice amenities in the bathroom, thick towels and really comfortable beds. Big TV

Location was excellent, not far from Plaza Armas, the main square and just across from San Pedro Market. Beautifully maintained hotel inside and box breakfasts were available on 2 occasions when I had early morning trips. Very helpful and friendly staff, great experience.

Amazing location and the personnel were outstanding. We loved the spa experience with all of the tubs and sauna after days of touring Incan sites. The bellman saw I was feeling unwell and put me on oxygen for ten minutes prior to our departure. This was such a lifesaver, as I was then able to travel in the car to Valle Sagrada without a headache. We also loved the morning breakfast and meeting the baby Alpaca in the courtyard each morning.

"I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location was great, with many atractions within walking distance.
