The hotel is beautiful.. the staff were welcoming and efficient. It was my husband's 40th birthday when we visited and they left some cake and fizz in our room, which was a lovely touch. We loved the spa and the roof terrace was the perfect place for a chilled out drink. We will definitely return :)

We were given a noisy room and they rectified it quickly and without complaint. They have a shuttle taking guests into the city centre but obviously only during the day so location is a minor negative. Restaurants are excellent.

Excellent breakfast Great staff very helpful & friendly Although a way out of the Centre the walk down that amazing street with shops markets on each side was amazing we thoroughly enjoyed it & took transport back which was no problem at all. Staying at this hotel was a fantastic idea. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They are always willing to assist with any issue that arises. Location was close to Bairro Alto, heated pool and rooftop bar was lovely and clean. The staff are all wonderful and keen to ensure you have a pleasant stay! I have to say a personal thank you to Martim for his hospitality who made our stay unforgettable- he helped us to purchase tickets to the Benfica game which was an absolutely magical experience! Martim also recommended some very nice spots for dinner, we took his recommendation to try a traditional Portuguese restaurant - Solar dos Presuntos. All of the staff are smiling and friendly and wish to make your stay very comfortable. Free private escort (very knowledgable drivers) in a Tesla from airport to hotel was a lovely bonus.
