Breakfast was amazing. You get many selections and you can eat as much as you can. Room was sparkling clean and spacious enough for good rest after long flights. Location wise, it’s near to Trindade metro station which can easily bring you to many places - the airport and Campanhã bus station; but of course Porto to small enough to explore by foot. It is near to the main attractions too; we had ample time to walk back to the hotel to get a quick afternoon nap after a whole morning exploration to counter the jet lag too.

The hotel staff left a very good impression - they are always ready to help, surrounded by care and attention. Very comfortable. I would like to go back there again. Flawless, 10/10. Miguel is a super host. Place is comfortable, silent, clean and close to centre by walk or metro. Nice garden, bbq everything you need they provide in your room before you arrive. Port wine, bread, water, milk, juice, coffee, tea. Best experience so far. Neighborhood is surrounded by local places. Porto Metro is one of the best.

We booked through Booking.com and were thoroughly impressed with our stay at Aparthotel Oporto Alves da Veiga. Pre-arrival communication was fast and professional, and even our late-night check-in went without a hitch. The duplex apartment exceeded expectations — exceptionally clean, very roomy, and thoughtfully designed. Two bathrooms, plenty of built-in storage, a functional and fully equipped kitchen, and modern, tasteful furniture made it feel both elegant and practical. Everything was in top condition, reflecting great attention to detail and maintenance. The property itself is a carefully renovated historic building with an elevator, private parking, and a beautifully kept garden that feels like a hidden oasis in the middle of the city. The garden area includes a cold pool and a hot jacuzzi — perfect for a quick dip or to unwind in the sun surrounded by lush greenery. Pool towels are available on request, and cleaning service is provided every second day. Breakfast is also offered on site. Access to the building is easy and secure with a keycode entry system. The location couldn’t be better — right in the city center, just a short walk from Rua de Santa Catarina and within easy reach of all major attractions, cafés, and transport links.
