Simply put it was a wonderful break. We had a fantastic suite (4216) overlooking the centre of the hotel and managed to be upgraded to use of the Lagoon Restaurant which is normally I believe for use with Lagoon Suites. For the entire duration of our stay guest services , in particular Alina and Veronika, were wonderful. We would love to come back again.

It was the best new year party ever. Amazing entertainment, very high quality food. Perfect personel and great service. What I really like, there is an italian and a Chineese cusine alacarte restaurant with only 20 euro PP. You can eat whatever you like! Try steak from both restaurants. We were given an upgrade by the manager during the check-in. My husband had a serious arm injury prior to our trip, it has been noticed and we were given a very nice apartment close to all facilities which allowed us to have a very pleasant stay considering our circumstances. I really appreciate that. Hotel Staff were very helpful, specially Alina from the reception trying to help us wit a quiet difficult task. We felt very welcomed in the Selectum resort hotel and definitely will be back there soon.
