I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! Even before we arrived, I was in contact with Bony at the reception — he was incredibly helpful, always responded to my questions quickly, and made sure everything was smooth upon our arrival. During our stay, he went above and beyond to assist us, especially with our lost luggage due to the airline. He contacted the airport every day and kept us updated, which was a huge relief. Julia from the management team was also amazing — so warm and welcoming, greeting us with a big smile every day. She did everything she could to help us and made us feel truly at home throughout our stay. Her kindness and support really made a difference and added a special touch to our trip. Thanks to Bony and Julia, our trip felt even more special. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily. All the staff members were genuinely friendly and made us feel at home. The staff is really really kind and always with a smile on their face! The breakfast is really good and the dinner we have every night is even better! Everything to try but the fish is really really good and the chef is really really good! The room was really clean, with perfect functioning air conditioning and fan! Nothing to say about Ondo House, we had a really good stay! In 1 minute by foot you are at the beach (that have the best sea of the island, really beautiful beach) and in 5 minute you are in the centre of Nungwi village! REALLY RECOMMENDED!

Crazy man is really crazy in a very nice way. He helps you out all the time, gets you the best deals on tours and restaurants and he is just a really cool and nice guy. From the roof terrace you can see sunrise and sunset (not at the sime time ;-) ) and you have a 270° view on the ocean.

We loved our large room with lots of hot water and tea/coffee making facilities. The pool was nice but could be shaded over so beach is better for sunbathing. Room was cleaned each day, staff are very friendly and nice. Maybe 30steps onto the beach so not beachfront but as close as. On the futher side north of nungwi so it was a quieter which we liked but only a few minutes walk down the beach to most locations. We walked the beach late at night and found it very safe to get around.
