This was an absolutely great stay: Big super clean room with a huge comfy bed; great A/C (for those who like it - I don't); helpful staff; nice, convenient and silent area; proximity to several restaurants and attractions; fitness center; vending machines with a wide selection of snacks and drinks; complimentary coffee and tea; great common areas. 

The Fireside Inn Portland has all non smoking rooms, free wifi, HBO, coffee Keurig machines with pods, 42 inch or large TV's, private baths.

The whole facility was clean and presented well. The staff were very approachable. I came into town for an event and was setup with a room before normal check-in. There was an issue with my room and it was resolved before I even got back to the main desk.

We have a seasonal pool and hot tub. They are only open from June to Mid September. Offering an outdoor pool, Beau Rivage Motel is located in Old Orchard Beach. Free WiFi access is available.

The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable as was the entire room. The staff was kind & courteous. I had never stayed at this resort before, I highly recommend it! It’s close to Palace Playland, and also the beach! A great location, a great hotel with amazing rooms, great staff & wonderful amenities! The Wi-Fi worked, there was a pool & hot tub. I’d definitely stay there again!!
