We received free room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise, as this cruise was part of our honeymoon. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful in every way, especially Ha and Tam, girls who were both genuinely interested in how we were enjoying ourselves, where we came from etc. The room was clean, food was great. We really have nothing to complain about.

I just had a 2 days and 1 night trip on the Calista Cruise Ha Long Bay, and I was truly impressed. The cruise ship is brand new, and every area, from the rooms to the restaurant and pool, is very clean and has a pleasant fragrance. The biggest highlight is the staff here; everyone is extremely enthusiastic, friendly, and welcoming. They are always ready to assist me, which made me feel at home. The food is delicious, diverse, and served with great attention to detail. The sunset party on the deck was unforgettable, with a romantic atmosphere. It was an amazing experience. Thank you Calista team!

The Cruise was just beyond expectation & was amazingly surprised for the comfort Lux of the Cruise. the Manager on site named Jade was great! and the ambiance while being of the cruise was memorable. Food choice, comfort of the room itself with balcony everything was great! no words to say how memorable time we had on the cruise. I would highly recommend anyone reading in to choose this Cruise as for me its the best!

Ling, who is the main communicator, is a lovely woman who went out of her way to be helpful, especially after I got food poisoning on a cruise. Her husband and two beautiful boys were a delight to be around. They shared family food at no charge and were sincerely concerned about my well being. All the facilities were clean and functional. The only issue was the proximity to a busy road, but the noise died after 10pm. Price was very good. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay at this location.
