This place is definitely a hidden gem, tucked in a very peaceful area of District 2 but still close enough to all cafés, restaurants and busier areas. The landlady, Ms Oanh Tran, along with her husband will do everything in their power to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I definitely recommend this place since they have flexible options for both short-term and long-term rentals.
