A truly remarkable experience, 5 star services and the stuff was always friendly and willing to help you. The breakfast was magnificent and we also enjoyed the spa facilities that it was beyond anything that we tried till now. If you will be in Sapa that’s the hotel you have to treat yourself. Beautiful hotel, you can tell immediately right from the lobby and the concierge that this hotel was something very special. The place was decorated tastefully and beautifully, the room was very clean, as well as big and spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Special mention to Mr Steve who was manager of the breakfast dining hall for his excellent service and equally excellent team ! Loved the place and will highly recommend it to everyone who comes to Sapa. Best value for money ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff was super friendly and helpful - they organized a scooter, bus tickets, tickets for the cable car, and a driver for us. On our last day we could keep the room until we were picked up, and we got a small goodbye present. The view from our room was amazing.

We loved the structure and the staff! The location is amazing, immersed in the rice fields and very private, with each room being a separate bungalow. The staff was super nice, they allowed us to check in quite late and served us food even though it was outside of kitchen hours. Highly recommended!

Almost everything. I know you all probably have read if not, almost all of the reviews but if i can say one thing, you all should behave and understand your actions in the hotel. If you make your room a mess, untidy as in bring in your dirty shoes, unclean garments resulting from your trips, they will indeed charge you for it. There are only few of them managing the hotel and everything is from organic sources so imagine their frustration when you all damage/spill the room with your dirty stuffs. So please try to behave and act civil and you'll be good.

Our stay in Sapa was truly memorable. We arrived at the hotel around 5am after an overnight bus from Hanoi, exhausted and sleepy. Tyler, a cheerful young man, greeted us with a warm smile that instantly lifted our spirits. As we waited in the lobby for our 10am check-in, the sunrise began to light up the mountains—and Tyler surprised us with two cups of hot tea. It was the perfect way to start the day, sipping tea while soaking in the breathtaking view. At 10am, we checked into a room with a stunning view that we enjoyed throughout our three-night stay. One day, we planned to visit the glass bridge and consulted Tyler about transportation. Not only did he offer helpful suggestions, but he also recommended other nearby spots to explore, making our day even more special. Though Tyler works the evening shift, he made a special trip to the hotel at noon on our departure day just to say goodbye. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us. We’re deeply grateful to Tyler and the entire team for their attentive care and warm hospitality. Thank you for making our time in Sapa so unforgettable.

    Super spacious and big clean room with friendly staff. Toilet was clean, bright and big with bathtub inside. Resort had free transport to and fro city centre- though there were stipulated timings, but generally easy to arrange. Amazing mountain views at the resort. Jacuzzi and swimming pool were amazing! Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again.
