Clean and chic hotel located very close to the city centre. Staff is helpful and friendly. Nice view with nice breakfast. Can’t ask for anything more! One improvement is the communication of local tour arrangement. I have signed up for a group tour to cat cat village and ba hac market, but in the end was arranged for a private tour to cat cat village only with price change making known to me after the trip. I was fine with paying for a private tour to cat cat village in the end because I did enjoy private time with a knowledgeable local. However, under normal circumstance, if you sign up for a group tour but ended up only with one guest, you should only be charged for group tour price. Otherwise, the price change should have been communicated upfront.

Really like the view from our room, the quiet and serene ambiance of the ecolodge. The location of this ecolodge is absolutely stunning, we hiked to Lao Chai village and took grab motorbike to ecolodge on our way back. It was amazing. At night it's very peaceful and can get too quiet. I really liked the cute bathtub overlooking the hills. It is away from the Sapa town but easily accessible by grab, takes 10 to 15 mins to go to Sapa town.

Originally, we had 2 nights in a Deluxe Double with a mountain view. A great room, spacious (we didn’t have much of a view because of the fog, only on the day of our “departure,” but it’s definitely worth it). We decided to extend our stay by one night. Our room was already occupied, so we chose a Superior Twin Room. I wouldn’t choose that one again; it’s damp and you can feel it as soon as you walk in. Moisture condenses on the wall in the room and also in the bathroom. Breakfast was great, excellent selection, and they always ask if you’d like eggs, Pho, etc. The only downside is that some staff speak almost no English, so communication can be difficult. But otherwise, really great. We didn’t try the spa. Great location, most of the attractions are by walkable distance. Storage of luggage on check-in day & also at check out day.

Super spacious and big clean room with friendly staff. Toilet was clean, bright and big with bathtub inside. Resort had free transport to and fro city centre- though there were stipulated timings, but generally easy to arrange. Amazing mountain views at the resort. Jacuzzi and swimming pool were amazing! Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again.
