▪︎Friendly, very helpful, and polite staff ▪︎Location and proximity to old city and castle were wonderful ▪︎Spacious room with pretty veiw of the old city ▪︎Clean bedding and towels ▪︎Clean bathroom ▪︎Comfortable bed ▪︎Layout of the room with sufficient hooks for jackets ▪︎We were allowed a slightly late checkout and our bags were stored till we left later in the afternoon.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable with a huge jacuzzi bath. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and the views of Prizren beautiful.
