We stayed as a family with hour 2y old in the family suites. These are close to the cheetahs enclosures and to the boma were meals are served. Our room was very welcoming, had all the necessary for a stay and was spot clean. Staff were all very welcoming. We had a lovely braii dinner near the fire and a breakfast watching the cheetahs. We did in the morning the 1h tour of the centre and it far exceeded our expectation! We strongly recommend a stay at Tenikwa and by this also support their mission!

The main shared areas (pool, lounge, dining room) are tastefully decorated as well, and the deck offers breathtaking views over the valley. The property offers the option of dining (for a very reasonable 350 ZAR per guest). Great breakfast, included in the rate. Great location barely one kilometer from the Monkeyland and Birds of Eden parks.

Hillandale Huddle is nothing short of incredible. The space is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and filled with thoughtful details that make you feel instantly at home. We absolutely LOVED our stay. Every moment felt like a retreat into nature and comfort. One of the most unforgettable highlights was waking up to the beautiful sounds of lions calling through the valley from the nearby Jukani Wildlife Sanctuary. Grabbed a cup of GREAT quality coffee and sat on the stoepie watching the sun rise over the famous Peak Formosa! - truly surreal and magical! The attention to detail in every corner of the Huddle speaks to the care and love poured into this place. It’s a peaceful haven we can't wait to return to - again and again. Highly recommended!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is perfect — peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet still close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even extending our check-out time. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared and made us feel right at home.
