We arrived at Valbona Resort & Spa before and after the Theth trail. We didn’t book for the way back, but after testing it once, we didn’t look for any other thing. The swimming pool, massage and confort at the hotel really helped us recover! The hotel is very new, it is built with taste and employs lovely staff!

We have been travelling for two months and have met very friendly and helpful owners and staff but BlackMountain was a standout. It was like staying with friends. Nothing was too much trouble. There is not much to do or see in Kukes. The hotel is like an oasis among the concrete blocks. The owner pays attention to each guest individually. Parking is free and there are always free spaces. The restaurant is OK. In fact, it turns out that the most remarkable place in Kukes is Hotel America!
