I regret only staying here for one night - OMG, what an incredible place! Three balconies, stunning and unique furniture that perfectly matched my taste. We were welcomed like presidents, and the hostess was extremely kind and genuinely thankful we were there. The villa was spotless, smelled great, and the view... absolutely breathtaking. All around, we had an amazing stay. Have to specifically commend Ms. Artemis who accommodated a special request even though she was alone at check-in. Truly someone who goes above and beyond to ensure we were more than happy. Staff was great overall, very attentive and genuinely friendly - rare find in Europe. The food was excellent from presentation to taste. SPA was excellent, too. Nothing we disliked.

Hotel Ronacher is really amazing place to spend holidays with family and dog :-),they are pet friendly hotel. Service was very profesional. Food was delicious and Mrs Simone Ronacher with her team was the best we ever met in any hotel. ( we travel a lot) Specially Nikolett. She was perfect. Her attitude, her service and mood was allways amazing. We enjoyed every meal because of her 👍 Wellnes in hotel is also very nice, many types of sauna, thermal water and their SPA treatments was amazing. I tried ayurveda masage and facial cleansing masage. I recomend to spend holidays here. You will feel special in every way. I also apreciate personal atitude, small personal notes in the room and profesional attitude of every staff which work here.
