The hotel is truly unique and has an outstanding and well-thought-out design. It's a 2-minute walk from the promenade. There are great restaurants nearby—MariVanna, Anadolu, Vivo Baklava, and more. The hotel staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional, no matter where—at the bar, during breakfast, at the spa, and just in general. They packed breakfast for us when we needed to go on an early tour of the countryside. The soundproof is great, and so is the air conditioning system - you don't feel quite polluted air from Baku streets, and you don't hear traffic noise.

Located on the 16th floor, the leisure centre offers a Technogym fitness studio, sauna, Turkish hamam, oversized hot tubs and a relaxation area. The hotel was immaculately clean, all the staff were very friendly , the room was clean and comfortable and the choice of breakfast was amazing. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, this was our third visit to Baku in the last 9 months and this hotel outshone the other ( more expensive ) hotels. We will stay here on our next visit.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff were super welcoming, nice and helpful. I couldn’t enjoy my stay more than I did. And the location is excellent, it’s near most of the landmarks.

The location is perfect — close to everything but still in a quiet and safe area. The house itself was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. Wi-Fi was fast, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was really friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to our questions. Check-in was smooth and easy. Definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Baku — we’d love to come back!

The house was perfect for kids, with plenty of space and a lovely balcony. Host even provided a fantastic breakfast at hotel restaurant, which made a perfect start of a day. We can’t wait to come back!
