This is an exceptional place to stay in. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was in excellent condition, very quiet (didn't hear anything from the next door rooms), with beautiful furniture and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean and a good size. There was a little hallway connecting the room with the bathroom and the entrance door was given extra sound proofing. The restaurant was nicely decorated in a traditional style and the food was delicious. Don't skip the breakfast; strongly recommend it :))) We tried mekitsi and grilled sandwiches with minced meat and cheese. There are spa amenities which include sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi and more and they were included in the price, it was so relaxing to take a sauna and jacuzzi after a long ski day:)) I had a great experience there and definitely will go there again.

The Zigen House features a traditional tavern with an open fireplace and en-suite rooms offering views of the Pirin Mountain.

The room was very very clean and everywhere smells freshness. All in the room were new and the people here were helpful. I had the mini suite room and bathroom were very big. I haven't seen any other hotels so clean bravo.

The apartment is wonderful – very spacious and exceptionally clean. It’s clear that everything is either brand new or very well maintained and preserved. Access was easy and hassle-free. There was a gorgeous view of the mountains, as well as the sunset. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bansko. Highly recommended!

The apartment has everything you might need, it is very cozy, you just feel like your are at home... Ema is a wonderful host, we enjoyed our time there.. Also, there was no cigarette smell that simeone mentioned earlier in the comments. Our best recommendations.
