We like everithing there.Spa is amazing.Pool on Spa with temperature of 36,37 C was great.Option to exit from pool to outside part is so nice,you can have cold weather raining and snowing,and experience that relaxing in hot water.Food for breakfast and dinner is top quality.Choices of food are one of best I ever experienced in hotels,and I travel from Saigon to Amsterdam,I stay in many hotels . I will also mention Manager Stanimira who was so helpful during our check in and dome misstakes made by booking partner of hotel.She immediately react and fix these in our favour,so that we dont have bad experience with hotel.Once more thank you for everything

It was a wonderful experience, the room was large with a small balcony, a lovely neat and clean place. The owner received us in an expecting way, was very helpful. The only drawback that he doesn't speak English but he speaks Bulgarian and Russion. If go back again to Vilingrad for sure I will stay at this place at least one day. The place has a good privacy rooms, and new facilities: nice jacuzzi and spa and a shower.

It''s my third stay there , over 5 years. This time, I took my mother there, for her 91st birthday, and she was delighted. The owners and the staff are as caring as they used to be, the pool is as nice as before, and everything is still functional and clean. The street is quiet at night, so you can have a good rest. And when you walk around, the views are lovely.
