I was greeted like a special guest, stayed in a beautiful villa, minutes away from the grand lodge, and the pool. There are kilometers of hiking trails, 5 major waterfalls on the property. I did the Butterfly trail, a 30 minutes by car, and a 30 minutes hike. Splendid! When you arrive at the falls and it's emerald lagoon, in the middle of lush jungle, you think that these few moments “Oh Mon Dieu" There they were all for myself, known as the “jewel of the property", featured in several tourist brochures of Belize.
