Great for families lots of extra touches- animal toys in the rooms, toys and games in the shared living spaces. Great kitchen, we all loved the outdoor spaces. Would definitely return.

I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

El Boutique Hotel Glacier está situado en Grindelwald, a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren, y cuenta con restaurante con terraza, bar y salón con vistas a la montaña Eiger. The hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable. The staffs were very welcome and friendly. Breakfast and spa are nice. We felt really relaxed and happy. Definitely want to stay there again.

Este hotel está situado a orillas del famoso lago Blausee, con sus aguas azules cristalinas, y alberga un restaurante gourmet que sirve truchas y otras delicias. The room was beautiful, the view of the lake was gorgeous, the staff were extremely nice.
