Great location, AMAZING view, pool inside and. Natural pool outside, the food was really good

Regula and Alex (the owners) run the place perfectly and are very accommodating. Alex’s photography is amazing! Wanted to go for a Milky Way photo session but the current conditions didn’t allow us to. Everything is personalized. You know that the owners are very passionate in running the place. Daily newsletters with weather, tips, sightseeing, tours and all, are available in breakfast. Staff are very accommodating and attentive to your needs. We felt the warmth and passion poured into this place. Will definitely book here again.

Additionally, the NESCENS spa comprises a luxurious private spa for 2 and a cosy spa bar serving healthy spa cuisine. Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.
