Very friendly staff, the room was clean, comfortable and with big bed, the breakfast was perfect with big choice of many meals, in hotel we used swimming pool and sauna, that was great experience - perfect for relax after busy day, hotel is located just 5 minutes walk to city centre, and its very close to the train station.

The President Wilson Hotel is exceptional in every way. The staff was very professional since the second we checked in until we checked out. The food was full of variety to satisfy all tastes, and it was very high quality food too. The whole theme of the hotel was modern and the flower arrangements was gorgeous to suit the Fall season.

We were 4 adults, 2 children and a baby and this place was ideal for us. We only stayed one night to fly from Geneva airport but found it comfortable and a nice different option to Geneva (if you have a car or other transport arranged). We were cooking and found the kitchen area good for chatting as it had a nice big table so everyone could be involved in conversation including the person cooking. It was easy to enter the property with the key box and Elodie is in the apartment below of you need anything (she is very nice and approachable).
There is an excellent bakery about 600metres away.

Great location. Short walk from the train station and short walk to the old town. Plenty of restaurants and takeouts close by; something for everyone! Amenities in the hotel are great, after a long day walking you can hit the pool, jump in the jacuzzi and then relax in the sauna! What more could you ask for!

All the staff are very attentive and hospitable and strive to provide the best service. The location is fantastic. The jacuzzi is a great treat, especially after a cold day. Housekeeping provided amazing service and kept the rooms very clean. The rooms are spacious.
