El hotel es nuevo, muy confortable, tiene un restaurante muy bueno aunque la carta es pequeña, pero lo mejor de todo es su personal, fueron muy amables todo el tiempo.

El QC Grand Hotel Bagni Nuovi está ubicado en la estación de esquí y ciudad balneario de Bormio. El spa, increíble. Las habitaciones, sobre todo los baños, muy bien.

According to Italian standards, the breakfast offered many options. It was more than enough. The staff at breakfast was so kind. The room was quite spacious and adequate. The beds were also very comfortable. We didn't try the restaurant for dinner, but we were very satisfied with the hotel.

The location next to both railway station and the lake with a view is great. The quality of the rooms is excellent and bed is comfortable - everything is stylish from the bathroom tiles right to the Dyson (!) hairdryer! Breakfast with a lovely choice and local products. staff is super friendly and upbeat. We also loved the Spa which came in handy on a rainy morning.
