I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

The chalet is extremely neat and tidy, and such an amazing view of the valley. Me and my family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the facilities. The place is in a great location and quiet and peaceful - wish we can stay more!

Panorama Boutique Apartment with complimentary Spa access at Solbad Hotel se encuentra en Sigriswil, a solo 35 km de Grindelwald Terminal, y ofrece alojamiento con vistas al lago, wifi gratis y... The apartment was absolutely beautiful with breathtaking mountain and lake views. It was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The personal welcome letter and treats from Family Willen were such a thoughtful touch and made me feel truly at home. I also loved the peaceful atmosphere and easy access to the Solbad Hotel Spa.
