Great hotel with great coustemer service. Staff were very helpfull and do every thing to help us. Spa including julean hotel spa were superb. Great value of money.

There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . fantastic hotel in Zermatt, 400m from the train station. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel were great, There is a very nice pool.
